QD425 : Synthesis of 2-amino-3-cyano pyridines and their new hybrid compounds in the presence of deep eutectic solvents by multi-component and click reactions

Abstarct: Abstract: In this research, 2-amino-3-cyanopyridines were prepared from aromatic aldehydes, acetophenone, malononitrile and ammonium acetate using four-component reaction in the presence of a deep etectic solvent (DES) as an efficient environmentally benig catalyst. In continue, new hybride compounds 2-amino-3-cyanopyridine lixnked 1,2,3-triazoles were prepared from 2-amino-3-cyanopyridine derivatives with propargyloxy group and aromatic azides, using click reactions. The structure of all new compounds were indentified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and FT-IR spectra.
